"Living with Fibromyalgia is a constant battle. There are few things that "work" for fibro, at least in my case. All the bloggers and fellow spoonies would agree that the biggest thing one can do to help the everyday struggles of a chronic illness is to eat well, be active when your body permits, and get quality sleep. For me over the years I've always wanted to try to do more to have more good days than bad. Learning when to say no, and listening to your body are things I've become much more disciplined with. I tried creams just like everyone and they didn't work, don't waste your time. I saw a post a while back on the Fibro Awareness page and someone had mentioned they noticed an uptick of their good days by taking CBD. I knew this was something I had to try and I have to say, so far I am quite impressed! Any spoonie will tell you, nothing is full proof. Somedays one thing works great, the next it doesn't. So far, after about 3 months, CBD tincture's have been the best and most consistent for me personally. My hope is that as things are becoming fully legal that the research money gets bigger, and more studies on Fibromyalgia and CBD come out."
